Taylored Expressions April Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!

Hello! Welcome to the Taylored Expressions April Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! You might already be familiar with the TE Key Ingredients, well now Taylor has added a TE SOTM (which will coordinate with the Key Ingredients. I combined the April Stamp of the Month (Simple Greetings) with the April Key Ingredients (featuring patterned paper from the Fancy Pants Park Bench collection) to make a scrapbook page of one of our recent spring break stops. We visited 3 National Parks in NM and TX. This one is from Big Bend in southern TX.

We drove out to see Boquillas Canyon and this photo was taken with it (and the Rio Grande) in the background. I framed the photo of the three of us using the larger of the Instant Photo Frames. I added the sentiment, Love.You (from Simple Greetings) to the smallest Banner Stacklets 1. I also used the Ric Rac Border on the bottom of the page and added a Simple Tab (more on that below) with the date on it.

I used the Whimsy Alpha to create part of my title (and wrote the rest on the tab above my photo). The tab is part of the new Taylored Dies - Simple Tabs set. It can be purchased separately. Not only does it coordinate with Simple Greetings, but it is super versatile for adding sentiments to cards and layouts. I was really excited when I first saw it - I love using tabs!

Above is a detail look at more of the stamps from Simple Greetings. I stamped the leafy flourish and single leaf, then I stamped the larger flower 3 times in 3 different colors, fussy cut and popped them up on my layout.
