If you are looking for my Mojo Monday post, please scroll down... Thank you!!

Hello! Happy Monday! Welcome to Day 1 of Taylored Expressions Previews!

June Release At a Glance
  • We have sneak peeks to share Monday through Wednesday.  All of the new products will be available for purchase on Thursday, June 7th at 8 am PST. You'll find it all in the Fresh out of the Oven Department at the Taylored Expressions Store.
  • Join us as a fan on Facebook for an early peek at the stamp sets, as well as a SPECIAL Facebook GIVEAWAY, on Wednesday night beginning at approximately 6 pm PST.

Today we are introducing Yankee Doodle Homestead, Moka Betsy, Moka Karen, 4 *te* A la Cartes, 4th of July Project Pantry and numerous Taylored Dies!

All Taylored Expressions stamps are pink rubber, and you get a great impression each time! The mini set panels (e.g. Yankee Doodle Homestead) are 4.75" square (CD size). Petite panels (e.g. Mokas) are 3" x 5". The Petite Storage case is a great storage option for all of these offerings.

I have two projects to show you today! My first card uses Yankee Doodle Homestead, the sixth Adorable Abode, designed by Doug Applegate! This sweet Americana home was concepted by the fabulous Jami Sibley!

My first card has lots of layers! I started by stamping the festive abode and coloring it with Copic markers. After die cutting and matting my main image, I layered it all over a sheet of Choice Buttercream cardstock that I embossed with the Stars Impression Plate and that over a piece of plaid patterned paper from the Lily Bee Double Dutch collection. I also stamped the fence a couple of times, cut it out and popped it on top with some foam tape for dimension.

This is the Taylored Impression Plate that I used on my card:

My next card uses the re-released Happy 4th A la Carte stamp, part of the *te* line, designed by Taylor! If you missed it the first time, here's your chance to add it to your patriotic stamp collection! It, along with two other A la Cartes (Celebrate Freedom and God Bless America), are being re-released, along with a brand new 4th of July Word A la Carte These stamps will all be available for purchase and will also be part of the Release promo - choose one free for every $50 spent (before shipping and tax). Details will be on the Specials Page on the Taylored Expressions website.

I added a couple of fun pinwheels using the new Pinwheel Parade Dies (2 different sizes)! I also added some ric rac to "hold up" the pinwheels and simply added my sentiment. I am loving the bold red and blue with Kraft combination!

I used supplies from the 4th of July Project Pantry (patterned paper, cardstock and ric rac) to create my card. Taylored Expressions is offering the 4th of July Basic Recipe Kit along with optional Spice It Up Ingredients that you can pick and choose from to build the kit just the way you want it.

The stamps and Project Pantry that I've showed you today are musts for your 4th of July cards, layouts and projects and would be wonderful to use on cards to send to our brave troops!

These are the Taylored Dies I used on my card:
