I flipped the base of the sketch but kept the top panel and layers as is. :) My mini Kraft bag was begging to be tilted slightly. I decorated the front of it and slipped a little tag inside to write a note. I decided to represent the twins somewhat literally - 2 butterflies, 2 hearts and a double twine bow. I stamped the little butterfly twice (from Twitterpated) and cut them with the coordinating All Aflutter Die Set. "Special delivery" is from Practically Perfect. I also added the two little hearts from Wings of Love.
