I first started by stamping Ruby on some lined patterned paper (Kaisercraft Class of '87) as I had planned on cutting a rectangle and punching the edges to look like a notebook paper edge. As a result, I had a lot of problems coloring her.. the paper definitely does not allow for blending like the Neenah or Papertrey cardstock that I normally use. Once I assembled my card, I decided that I didn't like it after all, so I ended up cutting out my image and popping it on top of my card.. Many times I start off thinking one thing and end up with a completely different product than I had originally imagined.. lol.
