I checked the teacher birthday list and realized that there are 6 teacher birthdays in the next 10 days, so you may see a birthday theme here for a little while :)
My first card uses Circular Sayings. I stamped my sentiment, cut it out with a circle punch and popped it over a tatted flower (made by my SIL, Mary!). I added pearls to both cards (from Pizzazz Aplenty).
My second card uses Happy Days. Both cards use a lot of the same supplies (patterned paper - The Girls' Paperie Vintage Whimsy, colors and Sizzix embossing folder).

Your take on both sketches is truly amazing. Both cards have a certain elegance that I just LOVE. Most favorite part of both cards is that embossing folder you used for your backgrounds. It made me think of a clasic embroidery pattern. Subtle and stunning. Gorgeous!
