Thanks to all of you who played along in the SCRS challenge last week! Each week we will post an all new challenge at this time (9 PM PST on Mondays). For all the details, please visit the SCRS blog. This week, we welcome our wonderful December Guest Designer, Suzanne Czosek! As I mentioned above, this week's challenge is a color challenge... Red, White and Black.
And here is Mercy's fabulous sketch, MTSC103:
Below is the first card that I created with Mercy's sketch.. using Street Corner Josh. I went with the plaid theme to go along with his shirt, combining some patterned papers from Pink Paislee Old School and the PTI Picnic Plaid Impression Plate.
Since I failed to use the correct colors for the SCRS color challenge, I made another card using Holiday Emily (below). I loved Mercy's sketch so much that I used it again! This time I paired Emily with some Basic Grey Jovial papers, colored, cut her out and popped her on top of my layout.
