Spring Break is officially winding down here. Sabrina will go back to school on Monday. She's had a fun week, starting with the Bondurant Cup (super kart race) last Saturday. She was the Ambassador for Wal-Mart's Road Rage team. After a fun afternoon of cheering the team on, we headed to CA to visit family. Without a doubt, that was the highlight of Sabrina's week! I filled up a couple of memory cards from that trip and have yet to sit down and Photoshop them... soon, I will get to them. We've been hanging out at home and enjoying the spring weather before it gets so blistering hot that we barricade ourselves in the air-conditioned house. I also got some stamping time in the last couple of days, so all is well!
It's also been awhile since I've shared on Photo Fridays. I can't show you the photo with her team since I don't have their permission to post their photos, but here we are at the race. Last year, we couldn't get Sabrina out of the cart, but this year, she refused to sit in it, so I did instead while she clung to Daddy! This photo is especially for Uncle Ron... :)
While we were outside today, I captured a couple of photos that make me happy. The first is one of those rare, genuine Sabrina smiles (not the cheesy grin that I normally get). The last photo is from our wisteria vine. Each winter, it loses all of its leaves and looks like a dead stick. Then, when the weather warms up it magically grows leaves and beautiful blossoms.
Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
