Taylored Expressions February Sneak Peeks Day 1

Hello! Welcome to the first day of Taylored Expressions February Sneak Peeks! The Baker's Dozen is kicking off 4 days of projects (3 days of peeks and release day). All products will be released on Thursday, February 5 @ 7 AM PST.

This is our Easter release, and we are releasing 5 new stamp sets, 19 dies, 2 cutting plates and 3 embossing folders! We are also releasing a new paper pack, and Matched Kit, sequins and 3 new Premium Cardstock colors: Plum Punch, Potato Chip and Sprinkles.

First up is a 12x12 layout (photo of Sabrina from Easter 2012). Yes, I scrapbooked! This makes my heart happy! All patterned paper is from the new For Peep's Sake 6x6 Paper Pack.

Here are some detail shots. In this rectangle I used the new Somebunny Loves You stamp and Somebunny Loves You dies. These two were popped up with foam tape. Build a Scene - Rolling Clouds and Build a Scene - Rolling Hills were used to create the little scene. And, yes, I made my sky purple just for the fun of it. :)

The sentiment (from Somebunny Loves You) was stamped and die cut with Label Stacklets 6. I added a tiny bit of color to some of the letters with a couple of Copic markers. The little circle flower embellishment is a sneak from Build a Tag 3 (which will be featured on Wednesday). I used the smallest Pinking Circle Stacklets die underneath. Finally, I added a wood veneer heart to the center of the flower and popped this all up with foam tape.

The "S" was die cut with Chunky Alpha and some sparkle was added with the clear Wink of Stella glitter brush pen.

The next detail shot features a couple of new Little Bits dies: Little Bits Easter Basket and Little Bits Easter Confetti. The eggs were die cut with the newest colors of TE premium cardstock (l to r: Sprinkles, Plum Punch, Potato Chip) and a For Peep's Sake sequin added to the center of each egg.

A couple of other details to mention is that "hoppy Easter" is also from Somebunny Loves You and die cut with Banner Stacklets 1.

Finally, I added the year by stamping the circle from Big Bold Christmas and handwriting the "12".

My next project is a card using the newest You've Got Mail stamp. This one is You've Got Mail - Spring! I've also used one of the new embossing folders on the background. This one is called Dotted Lattice. The sentiment is from Little Bits of Spring.
