SCRS Challenge #49 -- Recycled Item


It's time for an all new Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge! Each week we will post an all new challenge at this time (9 PM PST on Mondays). For all the details, please visit the SCRS blog. This week's challenge is to use a recycled item on your project.

I used Cupcake Ruby on my card this week. Although it is summer vacation, I am trying to keep up with teacher birthday cards, so I am adding this one to the stash. For my recycled item, I used a piece of corrugated cardboard and die cut with Spellbinders Big Scalloped Borderabilities, then I added some craft paint to it and scuffed it up a bit.

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Versamagic Wheat (Tsukineko)
Accessories: Standard Circle Nestabilities, Big Scalloped Borderabilities Petite (Spellbinders); Markers (Copic), Corrugated cardboard, Craft paint, Twine (May Arts), Foam tape, Thread, Sewing machine.
