A JustRite Father's Day -- PDCC34

Hello friends! Well, it's been a week since my last post. I hope you are all doing well! We are back from vacation, and I am slowly starting to get back into the "routine". It's time for another Play Date Cafe challenge, and it's color splash time! Julie has chosen the colors Black and White with a splash of Blue this week.

Our celebrity guest designer/sponsor is Mandy Cheshire with Limelight Papercrafts!

She is generously offering 2 bottles of Shimmerz Vibez Spritz (Hot Fudge and Razzle Dazzle Berry) as a prize!

Your challenge host this week is Lisa!

It is a rare day for me to make a masculine card, but I needed a card for my dad for Father's Day, and the colors worked out well for this purpose. My image is from JustRite By the Sea Borders & Centers Oval. I stamped and colored it with Copic markers, then I cut it out with a Spellbinders Circle Nestability die. I stamped the custom sentiment using the Times New Roman Uppercase Font in 25 pt. then cut it out as a circular frame and popped it over the image. I added a little grosgrain ric rac, some twine, button and stitching (no frills here).

Are you ready to play along? We'd love to see your creations! Be sure to go over to the Cafe and link your post. If you use an online gallery, please use the keyword PDCC34. And, be sure to visit my PDCC teammates for some wonderful inspiration.
