Good morning! It's time for TSC {The Scrapbooking Cottage} Wednesday! Are y'all ready for Spring?!Stacy and I are featuring Lockhart Tulip Window today. A few of the first signs of spring are blooming daffodils and tulips. I pulled out my Basic Grey Origins paper pad and my color inspiration came from there! I colored my image with a combination of Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils/odorless mineral spirits.
